The presentation of products or services on the site www.bantikhijab.de at any given time does not imply and does not guarantee that these products or services will be available at all times. We reserve the right to stop the sale of any product at any time. We also reserve the right to occasionally modify these general conditions without notifying you in advance. PRICES AND DELIVERY COSTS
The prices displayed on www.bantikhijab.de are given inclusive of legal VAT. The company www.bantikhijb.de reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the product will be invoiced on the basis of the tariff in force at the time of the validation of the order and subject to availability. Any item on promotion is neither returned nor exchanged.
To order : Add the selected products to your basket. Access to the basket is possible at any time to modify or validate it, the customer verifies the details of his basket, consults its total amount and delivery costs and validates it with the "order" button. Choose your delivery address and payment method, when confirming the order summary, the customer expressly accepts the general conditions of sale in force on the site, the customer is redirected to the secure payment site. BANTIKHIJAB immediately confirms the registration of its order by sending a confirmation message to the email address that the customer will have communicated when entering their full contact details when placing their order.
Payment for your purchases is made by bank card, SEPA transfer or via Paypal. In the case of hand delivery, the delivery costs are waived. You can contact us on Instagram to place your order and set a date for hand delivery. BANTIK has no access to the banking data of its customers.
CANCELLATION OR MODIFICATION
Once your purchase is validated, no cancellation or modification of any kind can be made on your order. No order cancellation is possible. No order modification is possible (color change, deletion of one or more items, addition of one or more items) No modification to the recipient's address is possible, this includes (surname / first name, address, city, postal code, telephone number). BANTIK makes every effort to dispatch your orders as quickly as possible. We make every effort to deliver to you within 2 to 5 working days in Germany and 4 to 10 Within Europe and 1-3 Weeks outside europe. Although we do our best to deliver to you on time, delivery may sometimes take longer due to unforeseen events. In the unlikely event that the delivery time exceeds 35 days, you will be entitled to refund. Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the expected delivery times (provided you have previously communicated your e-mail address). Return case: if your package is returned to us for the wrong address, nonexistent address, non-recovery of the package at the post office, or any other reason, you must pay the costs to resend the package to you again. The delivery costs will be deducted when reimbursing any package that has been returned to us for the reasons mentioned above.
All returns must be reported in advance to BANTIK Customer Service. You have a period of 7 days to terminate any sales contract without explanation, the withdrawal period expires after 7 days from the date on which you or a third party designated by you have taken physical possession of your property . The articles must be returned to us as soon as possible. If you return your entire order, shipping costs and costs up to € 1.50 from the final amount of your refund. We will reimburse using the same payment method as that used for the initial transaction. We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned items or an item shipping certificate, whichever comes first.
BANTIK cannot be held responsible for damage resulting from the improper use of the product purchased. Finally, the responsibility of the company BANTIK cannot be engaged for any inconvenience or damage inherent in the use of the Internet, in particular a break in service, an external intrusion or the presence of computer viruses. BANTIK is not responsible for delays, losses or theft of packages committed by the Post.
